A little bit about who we are...


The rising is the high school ministry of Northside Christian Church in New Albany, Indiana. We’re simple people committed to loving God and the things that He loves.  We want this site to be a resource for anyone interested in who we are, what we care about, how to get involved and what’s going on in the high school community. we've got canvas to sell...to build a church...so you should buy one

we just got back from Haiti...it was unbelievable...and we have an opportunity to give life to a community.  The village of Chansolme is in need of a church...and we have a way of funding a building and providing a pastor.  we have 100 paintings...painted by children from Chansolme...that we are selling for 150 dollars a peice.  you do the math...100 x 150 comes out to 15,000. If God lays it upon your heart to purchase a painting that will fund the building of a church (which would be a center for physical needs and the hope of the Gospel) please contact us to let us know!
